To Return, simply follow our easy 2-step return process:
1. CALL US TOLL-FREE TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
- Contact an agent at the SHEETS™ Customer Care Center, TOLL FREE at (855) 444-7873 to request an RMA number and/or further instructions
2. RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US WITH THE RMA NUMBER MARKED CLEARLY BELOW THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

- Returned products must be received at the above address within 60 days of the order's original shipping date located in the purchase receipt.
- You must obtain an RMA number from the SHEETS™ Customer Care Center. We will not process packages marked "Return to Sender". The RMA number must be clearly marked below the SHEETS™ Returns address on the package you are returning. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Depending on the timing of your billing cycle, it may take up to two billing periods for your refund to appear
How long will it take to process returns?
After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days.
If a credit is applicable to your returned order, please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact the SHEETS™ Customer Care Center at (855) 444-7873 to request an RMA number and get further instructions.
What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?
Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact the SHEETS™ Customer Care Center at (855) 444-7873 immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely manner.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Simply contact the SHEETS™ Customer Care Center at (855) 444-7873 and request cancellation.
However, once the order has shipping and issued a tracking # you will need to follow the Return Policy to receive a refund.
